Lamb – Our lamb contains no added hormones, and we only use antibiotics as needed for the health of the animal through consultation with our veterinarian.
Lamb is a flavorful meat that makes excellent main meat dishes, as well as stews and curries, but ground lamb is also a great addition to recipes that use ground meat, like tacos, or chili.
Our ewes only lamb in the spring of each year, and our lambs finish in the fall. We try to fill all local lamb orders, but we ask that orders be placed by early summer if possible.
Lamb orders are processed at the local abattoir and are cut to the buyer’s specifications.
Beef – Our grass-fed beef is very lean and contains no added hormones. We use antibiotics only as needed for the health of the animal through consultation with our veterinarian.
Our beef is processed at 18-24 months of age. We take beef orders for whole, half, or quarter beef and fill them with availability.
